See for example, Psalm 103:8, 10-13.
8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious,
Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.
10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 Just as a father has compassion on his children,
So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.
(Psalm 103:8,10-13)
Our Heavenly Father loves each one and wants us to have an everlasting, personal relationship with Him. That's why He sent Jesus, to be the Redeemer for all people.
"This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins." (1 John 4:10, NIV)
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." (John 3:16-17, NIV)
This love brings us to a confident and joyful hope, born in us when we put our faith in Jesus.
